  This place is absolutely horrible. I can not believe that no on with USPS has not taken an initiative to investigate the workers and how they run. Everything is so slow and lazy, They do no care about costumer service. Lost my package and did not care to help and locate it. Called usps 800 number and waiting one whole hour to speak to yet again another incompetent employee. I do not understand why they have a telephone number and no one EVER picks up or they pick up and leave you on hold until it hangs up on you. SHAME ON THE POSTAL SERVICE @ Teaneck, NJ

  My first time at this location. I came in was not greeted or anything. I told the lady I had a package avaialabe for pick up and she like no! I was like what do you mean you didn't take down my information. She the. Gave me attitude and laughed at me because I told her I am not from this zip code but I work in the area and had the package mail to this zip code she sign and the walked away. If you come up a Hispanic lady with glasses I would walk away.
